Class Descriptions & Pass Prices
Cardio Kickboxing
This class will have you working on a kickboxing bag and working on strength building exercises. No experience necessary. We will teach you the punches, kicks and exercises and let you progress at your own pace.
Classes usually start with 5-10 minutes of warm-ups followed by a kickboxing session that includes movements such as kicks and punches. We use stationary punching bags. Workouts are varied and can include exercise balls, bands or weights.
We always end with least 5 minutes devoted to cooling down. Besides keeping your body fit, kickboxing has other benefits. You can burn anywhere from 350 to 450 calories an hour with kickboxing! Practicing kickboxing can also help to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and reduce stress.
Required: Gloves are needed. Bring your own or we have inexpensive gloves and inserts you may borrow at the gym.
Strength & Toning
Using equipment such as dumbbells, stability balls, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class will work the whole body to tone muscles and increase strength. We’ve got plenty of equipment here, or feel free to bring your own.
