Class Descriptions & Pass Prices
This class will have you working on a kickboxing bag and working on strength building exercises. No experience necessary. We will teach you the punches, kicks and exercises and let you progress at your own pace.
Classes usually start with 5-10 minutes of warm-ups followed by a kickboxing session that includes movements such as kicks and punches. We use stationary punching bags. Workouts are varied and can include exercise balls, bands or weights.
We always end with least 5 minutes devoted to cooling down. Besides keeping your body fit, kickboxing has other benefits. You can burn anywhere from 350 to 450 calories an hour with kickboxing! Practicing kickboxing can also help to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and reduce stress.
Be ready to drip sweat, find your toughness and work every muscle!
Required: Gloves are needed. Bring your own or we have inexpensive gloves available for purchase at the gym.
Tabata is a form of interval training that elevates the heart rate over short periods with minimal rest.
Rev your metabolism with this challenging body weight and free-weight resistance workout that uses HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) protocol to build muscle and burn fat.
We’ll do a combination of exercises like push ups, burpees, squats, jump ups, toe taps, planks, and bear crawls. It will test your endurance like no other!
This class is suitable for all fitness levels, as our instructors always provide modifications to ensure that members have a safe and effective workout.

Cardio Kickboxing and Tabata full body workout involving muscular strength and endurance to help shape and tone your muscles! Tabata incorporates a range of exercise techniques that includes aerobics, floor work, weights and resistance training.
